Do you work with property managers or only private landlords?

We work with both – no favourites here.

Property managers are great to deal with

They usually know exactly what needs to be done and can make quick decisions, which keeps everything moving. We’re happy to liaise directly with them to make the process as efficient as possible, especially when you’re juggling multiple properties and tenants.

Private landlords are just as welcome

If you own one or two rentals and prefer to manage them yourself, we’re just as happy to work directly with you. Whether it’s a tidy-up between tenants, some overdue maintenance, or a renovation to boost rental value, we’ve got you covered.

Clear communication is key

We’ll always confirm who we’re dealing with—whether it’s the landlord, the tenant, or the property manager—and ensure access is appropriately coordinated. We’ve been doing this a long time and know how to avoid the usual headaches.

Want to make improvements?

From replacing a vanity to full upgrades of kitchens, bathrooms, or outdoor spaces, we can help increase the rental’s appeal. We also keep an eye out for minor repairs and maintenance jobs that are easier to address when a tenant has just moved out.

So, yes – whether you’re managing it yourself or have someone else doing it for you, we’re happy to help keep your rental in top shape.

We work with property managers and private landlords alike to keep rentals maintained, updated, and ready between tenancies.
