Where possible, we prefer to provide a fixed quote. This gives you certainty around costs and helps avoid any unpleasant surprises down the track. A quote is based on a clear scope of work, so we’ll spend some time making sure we’re all on the same page before work begins.
There are times when a charge-up basis (hourly rate) is more appropriate. For example, if the scope is unclear or the project may evolve as we go, working by the hour can offer more flexibility. We’ll keep you informed at every step with clear records of hours worked and materials used.
